Asti Arthotel is situated in Sinemorets - a lovely, small village on a peninsula in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Here the sea meets Strandja Mountain and creates places of unique natural beauty. You will discover long sandy beaches and clear sea water, reached by the shades of deciduous forests. The view of Veleka River entering the sea in its magnificent estuary is one of the finest on the Black Sea coast.

Beginning in 2007, a Bulgarian entrepreneur and his wife decided to share their love of Sinemorets and Bulgarian art by building a holiday complex where you can spend your summer holiday in relaxation and active vacation in a setting of arts and culture and the picturesque landscape of Strandja Nature Park.

Standard apartment

Our standard apartments have one spacious bedroom with double bed and one living room with extensible sofa-bed and a small kitchenette. The apartments are spacious and are equipped with air-conditioning in the living room, internet, satellite TV, kitchenette and refrigerator. All apartments on the ground floor are ideal for families with babies and toddlers, because they feature a private garden with seating area. Those on the first and second floors have terraces with views to the courtyard, forest or the sea.

MAXI apartment

Features two separate bedrooms with one large bathroom and a spacious living room with satellite TV, extensible sofa and kitchenette with refrigerator. The two separate bedrooms offer you all the privacy you need. The MAXI Apartments are the preferred choice for big families or couples/friends travelling together. Situated on the first and second floors, with views of Butamyata Bay, sea and the hotel garden.

Double Room at the attic

Ideal for young couples or families with a baby, our Double Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet, satellite TV, kitchenette with refrigerator. Guests in the rooms that are located in the attic can use the terrace of the tower, next to the rooms, with breathtaking views to Butamiata beach, the sea and the nearby forest. One of the rooms features a terrace with seating area and view to Strandja Nature Park.

We stayed in apartment No 24 with a nice balcony and sea view. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was cleaned every day and was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included and provided a good selection of hot and cold food.

Отдыхали в этот отели четыре года подряд. В Синеморце четыре пляжа. Мы были на всех. Вот нам понравился пляж Силистар. Для деток пляж замечательный, очень большая мелкая зона. Живности очень много, каждый день кого то ловили , то черепаху и большую,и маленькую , ящериц, крабы,креветки, разных малюсков и рачков ... дети Счастливы!

Best hotel in this natural reservation of Veleka river. Fantastic building as architecture and wonderful place. Indeed lot of noise in the morning starting with 5:00am... from the birds in the forest near the hotel...:)

Asti art hotel is appropriate for families with children. There is a playground, as well. When the baby was sleeping, we ordered food and drinks from the restaurant and they served the food to room's balcony. It is perfect place for family holiday. We will go there again.
