These general conditions settle the relationship between Metalko OOD and the guests of ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets, with respect to its hotel services.1. RESERVATIONS CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation at ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets in one of the following ways:
1.2. After we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm availability for accommodation.
1.3. You will receive a confirmation of the booking at an e-mail specified by you. The confirmation will include the number and type of the booked rooms, date of check-in and check-out, number of adults and children, as well as the due amount.
1.4. To confirm the reservation an advance payment of 30% of the due amount is required. The payment must be made up to 3 days after the confirmation e-mail (unless another term is specified). The remainder of the amount is due at check-in. If you want to cancel a reservation, for which you have made an advance payment, there are certain conditions, specified below in Conditions for Cancellation of Reservations.
1.5. In case we have to received your advance payment within the agreed-upon period, the Hotel reserves the right to void your reservation.
1.6. When a client makes a reservation at ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets, s/he enters into contractual terms with Metalko OOD and accepts these General Conditions.
2. CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
2.2. If you cancel your reservation seven or more days before the check-in date, you do not owe a cancellation fee.
2.3. If you cancel your reservation less than seven days before the check-in date or in case of no-show on the check-in day, you owe a penalty to the amount of the paid advance payment.
2.4. ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force-majeure conditions or other reasons that are not dependent on the hotelier. In these cases the Hotel:
- offers the guest accommodation in another period, under the same conditions and prices.
- Refunds the deposit to the client within 15 days after the written requests from the guest, and does not owe a penalty to the guest.
3. ACCOMODATION CONDITIONS
3.1. Room Check-in and Check-out times:
- Check-in: after 14:00 pm.
- Check-out: until 12:00 pm.
For late check-out the following penalties are due:
- for check-out until 18:00 pm – 50% of the daily rate amount.
- for check-out after 18:00 pm – 100% of the daily rate amount.
3.2 The reservations are kept until 23:00 pm on the date of check-in.
3.3 Children under the age of 6 are accommodated free of charge. Children between the age of 6 and 14 are accommodated according to the children price indicated on Accommodation Page listed the website http://www.asti.bg/, Children above 14 years old and additional adults are accommodated according to the additional adult price indicated on Accommodation Page listed the website http://www.asti.bg/.
3.4. No pets are accommodated.
3.5. Accommodation in the hotel is done after presentation of personal ID documents certifying the identity of the guests. The personal information you provide is protected by the Personal Information Protection Act and the related legislature and is processed only in relation to fulfillment of the requirements outlined in the Tourism Act. This information will be used only in relation to the reservations and will not be presented for other purposes. It is possible that we use your contact information to inform you about promotions and price reductions that we have during the summer season. You can withdraw the permission to process your personal data at any time by writing us at e-mail address: email@example.com.
4. ACCOMODATION PRICES
4.1 The accommodation prices in ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets are indicated in a table on the website http://www.asti.bg/
5. PAYMENT METHODS
5.1 In cash at the hotel only in Bulgarian Leva.
5.2 With a debit or credit card at the hotel

6. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
6.1. ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets undertakes the responsibility to provide all the services requested and paid by the guests of the hotel.
6.2. ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets does not bear responsibility for damages to the guests of the hotel caused by third parties.
6.3. All claims for the quality of services provided must be made at the hotel on site. The claims must be made in writing. In case the claims are not settled the client must request a competent official to compile a protocol. Within 7 days after the date of the protocol the client will receive the official position of the management of the hotel on the problem.
6.4. Amounts for services that are requested, but are not used or are partially used by the guest are not refunded.
6.5. All prices, listed on the website of the hotel http://www.asti.bg/, as well as in e-mail messages of the Hotel, are in Bulgarian Leva and include VAT and Tourist Tax, unless otherwise specified.
6.6. The costs for additional services are not calculated automatically in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
6.7. The Hotel does not bear responsibility for lost, forgotten or stolen belongings from the rooms, the restaurant or the pool, as well as damages caused by third-parties.
6.8. ASTI Arthotel, Sinemorets is a non-smoking place. According to the specification of the Bulgarian National Legislature, smoking is forbidden in public areas, so in case of non-compliance with these regulations, the Hotel reserves the right to impose a sanction to the amount of BGN 100 without prior notice.
6.9. The guests of the hotel undertake the responsibility to adhere to generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. The costs for all material damages to the hotel property are paid by the person that caused them by market prices after a presentation of an invoice by the Contractor.
6.10. The guests of the hotel are responsible not to leave their children unattended on the property of the Hotel. The Hotel does not bear responsibility for people under the age of 18 left unattended.
6.11. The Hotel reserves the right for claims, which can be claimed within 3 days after the guest leaves the hotel. All costs for material damages to the property of the hotel are owed by the client.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1 For all disputes and legal questions, that are not settled by these General Conditions, the respective provisions of the legislature of the Republic of Bulgaria apply. Any disputes that arise are settled through negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be solved through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved before the relevant competent court in the territory of the Sofia City Court.
